Meet the Owners

Paul and Mark built their first house together in 1989 in the Maple wood subdivision and have been building together ever since. R&W have built in Maple Wood, Heritage Hills, Marion Martin, East Brook, Crystal Springs, Silver Glades, Covered Bridge, Ashley Springs, Meyer Manor, Silver Creek Meadows and other scattered sites. We build 6 to 8 houses a year currently but are always available for a consultation! We take pride in our finished product and personally walk every house to ensure quality.  We pride ourselves on quickly solving any problems a new home owner might have.
